SO i've got the makings of an off-kilter rat-tail beginning at the base of my head and i'm not keen on it.

it's like 1/16th of a mullet. i'm on my way.

and i play with it constantly which is also very bothersome. and yet NO one is willing to step up and try to cut it for me.
