ok, i had to make some repairs to my html code last night. i noticed that in netscape... it wasn't putting jo-e's link up there... and i didn't want her to think that i didn't like her or anything. (she can be a touch sensitive at times) but the CODE was right... andi couldn't figure it out! WTF? so i checked closer and there were tabs in the html code, which i personally hate to use, and took them out, andreplaced them with spaces... if you take alook at my source you'll see that everything is nice and indented, thats the way i work, readable as a bitch. When i spend all day wriitng code and hanving to look at other peoples code, it SUcKS when they don't follow good coding practices.
ok, you've noticed, i've taken to throwing in lines between topics... if this annoys you let me know. I thought up a new name for my girl cnnlly. It occured to me on the ride home yesterday, and i could kick myself for not having thought of it sooner, it's SO obvious! her middle name is connelly so i added the new name "gus" to the end of that. Sarah Connelly Gus! HA
I'm rather disappointed in my page results from yesterday. only 3, one from ymi, one from jo-e and one from cnnlly... what gives... are these HONESTLY the only people reading my diary? c'mon people... i know theres more of you out there.
britney speares concert last night. overall i have to agree with ymi's review. you couldn't ever really tell when she was singing. she does move like a funky chicken when she sings. and the put a guy on stage to sing to... was SO cheesy and an obvious steal from janet jackson.
As sarey pointed out, she needs to mix up the choreography, cuz they all looked the same.
I did however love the surprise party she threw for this little girl who writes her letters. it was SOO cute when she went to the door, and the girl didn't even look at brit, she was all shocked by everyone else. and then brit asked if she was jenny, and jenny finally saw her and freaked out. My question is, how does a little 10 yr old girl know how to make an emergency break-through?!? Sarey didn't even know what one was. but certainly my favorite part.
So yes while it was fine to watch and all, and it was enjoyable, it could have been a LOT better.
ok, i've got to go to a meeting now and see if i can't negotiate more salary for me. I went to salary.com, and they tell me i'm GROSSLY underpaid... wish me luck! ;-)
